To achieve this, we maintain a student-teacher ratio of 8:1, ensuring that each student receives support from two teachers in each elementary school section. The average class size is 24 in the lower primary and upper primary school levels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inclusive needs:<\/strong> According to TSMS philosophy, students with diverse learning styles should be accommodated. Hence, a differentiated teaching and learning environment is created. To fulfil the requirements of the programme, a student may require individualised support to reach his\/her academic goals. A designated special education coordinator, with the collaboration of the parents, will develop a plan for students at each grade level and ensure mainstreaming them depending on their own learning pace. The aim is to facilitate students in discovering and valuing their individualism. To fulfil this aim, TSMS attempts to encourage an inclusive classroom community to help students develop and enhance their cognitive skills.
