It helps the students to critically evaluate the opportunities and challenges associated with a fast-paced lifestyle that has become a norm in today\u2019s world and teaches them to develop an attitude of healthy living and well-being. The programme aims at the acquisition of movement skills and building specific sport-related skills. The program helps students take responsibility as they become aware of the important role that motivation, enthusiasm, initiative, self-discipline, self-respect, cooperation, and the assumption of responsibility play in the maintenance of a healthy society.<\/p>\n<p>The state-of-the-art indoor multi-purpose hall at TSMS provides a cutting-edge facility for students to engage in various sports and physical activities.
